Order, Price and Delivery

Orders Processing

1. Incoming orders are processed on a daily basis during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). All orders placed during the weekends and public holiday will be processed on the next available working business day.

2. Futuristic Online Store will send you a confirmation email of your order after your payment has been verified and authorized by the bank. The confirmation email will contain your order details in the form of a tax invoice. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 2 business days, kindly check your email junk folder. Price

Pricing of the Product(s) shall be as stipulated in the official price lists published by Futuristic Online Store from time to time in force as at the date of placement of orders by the Customer.

Product Prices include all Malaysian taxes that may be imposed on the transaction under the Contract but are exclusive of handling and delivery charges from Futuristic Online Store to the Customer within Malaysia, which shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated.

The Customer shall pay for the Product(s) in Ringgit Malaysia and can pay by way of credit card, bank transfers or approved payment methods offered by the appointed payment gateway companies wherein the procedures are as follows :-

The Customer shall furnish his or her valid credit card number when the Customer orders the Product(s) from this Website (only Visa or MasterCard are accepted). Futuristic Online Store will verify the validity of the credit card with the relevant issuer and may then send the notice of acceptance if the credit card is acceptable. In the event that no validation is received from the relevant issuer within three (3) working days of the verification request by Futuristic Online Store, the Customer's order shall be deemed cancelled. The Customer will be charged when the notice of acceptance is sent to the Customer. If the Customer's order is cancelled after payment has been validated by the credit card issuer but before a notice of acceptance by Futuristic Online Store has been sent to the Customer, the Customer shall be liable for all fees, charges and costs (including but not limited to processing fees and charges) arising out of or in connection with the cancellation or reversal of the payment transaction.


Delivery

Futuristic Online Store will only accept orders for delivery of the Product(s) to the street address of the Customer in Malaysia from residents of Malaysia who have attained the age of 18 years.

Delivery normally takes 7 to 14 working days (West Malaysia) and 14 to 21 working days (East Malaysia) from the date when the Customer receives a notice of acceptance of the order from Futuristic Online Store and the delivery slip need to be signed by the recipient. In the event that Product(s) ordered have not been received after 14 working days following the confirmation of order, please email us at [email protected] or Phone/Whatsapp +6012 858 4438.


Delivery to Post Box is strictly not allowed. In the event Futuristic Online Store receives an order to be delivered to a Post Box, Futuristic Online Store shall be contacting the Customer for a valid delivery address. Should the Customer fail to provide a valid delivery address within 7 days from the order date, Futuristic Online Store have the right to cancel the order and payment shall be refunded to the Customer within 45 days from the order date after deduction of the processing fee of 5.0%.


The delivery process will only be initiated after payment has been validated and a notice of acceptance has been sent to the Customer. Futuristic Online Store shall endeavor to arrange to deliver the Product(s) to the delivery point in Malaysia designated by the Customer in his or her purchase order. Futuristic Online Store will use its discretion in selecting a courier service and appropriate means of shipment, and shall endeavor to notify the Customer of the estimated date of delivery as soon as is reasonably possible upon request. Unless the Customer specifically nominates a named individual or individuals to take delivery of the Product(s) during the ordering process, delivery to any individual or individuals present at the delivery point in Malaysia designated by Customer in his or her purchase order shall be deemed good and sufficient delivery of the Product(s) to the Customer. Where the Customer has specifically nominated a named individual or individuals to take delivery of the Product(s), Futuristic Online Store shall be entitled but not bound to request sight of the identity card or other identification document of the relevant individual or individuals at the time of delivery of the Product(s) to such individual or individuals, and Futuristic Online Store may be entitled to accept any other document purporting to identify the individual or individuals nominated by the Customer.


Any dates quoted by Futuristic Online Store for delivery of the Product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract. In no event shall Futuristic  Online Store be liable for increased expenses or delivery cost, loss of profits or goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of the Product(s).


Futuristic Online Store may deliver the Product(s) by installments in any sequence. Where the Product(s) are so delivered by installments, each installment shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate Contract and no default or failure by Futuristic Online Store in respect of any one or more installments shall vitiate the Contract in respect of the Product(s) previously delivered or undelivered Product(s) and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted those installments already delivered.


In the event that Futuristic Online Store gives notice to the Customer that it is unable to deliver any of the Product(s) or any part of an installment of the Product(s) within the period stipulated in this Clause 3.1 above, Futuristic Online Store shall notify the Customer on its option whether the Customer wants to cancel the order of the Product(s) or any installment of the Product(s) undelivered whereby Futuristic Online Store shall reimburse the price of the undelivered Product(s) that have been paid by the Customer within 45 days from the order date or the Customer has the option to proceed with the Order wherein Futuristic Online Store shall notify the Customer on the expected date of delivery upon notification from the Customer.


If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Product(s) or any part of them when they are made available to the Customer or fails to provide accurate instructions, documents, licenses, consents or authorizations required to enable the Product(s) to be delivered, Futuristic Online Store shall be entitled, upon giving verbal or written notice to the Customer, to store or arrange for storage of the Product(s) whereby the risk in the Product(s) shall pass to the Customer and delivery shall be deemed to have taken place. The Customer shall pay to Futuristic Online Store all costs and expenses (including storage and insurance charges) arising from its failure mentioned herein.


Damaged, Defective & Missing Items


1. If you find that the items you have ordered are damaged (broken packaging) upon delivery, please report to [email protected] or Whatsapp +6012 858 4438 within 3 working days from the date you receive the product with supporting evidence and order number. Keep all items boxes, free gifts and packing material shipped to you for inspection. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.


2. If you find that the items are missing, please report to our Customer Service team at [email protected] or Whatsapp +6012 858 4438 within 3 working days from the date you receive the product with supporting evidence and order number and we will attend to your report.


3. In the unlikely event of product failure during the warranty period, Nino Digital System (M) Sdn Bhd offers free repair or service within Malaysia. Please contact Nino Digital System (M) Sdn Bhd for an appointment, bring along your warranty card and tax invoice to claim warranty. 


Acknowledge receipt of goods

Source of identification is not required during the delivery on your purchase.

However, you are required to sign and acknowledge the consignment note upon receiving your bill purchase.

Should you independently designate a third party to receive your items on your behalf, the third party may be required to produce his identification card for recording purposes.


Out-of-Stock Products

We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within seven (7) business days of your order.
